Comprehensive Training Infrastructure
WMO RTC boasts a complete integrated system encompassing research, production, laboratories, testing facilities, and pilot extension bases. Our cutting-edge laboratory spans 1,360 square meters and is equipped with a multi-disciplinary teaching and experimental platform covering water quality, water level, acoustics, environmental chemistry, and meteorology. This facility not only meets fundamental teaching requirements but also serves as an open-access shared resource for scientific research institutions, supporting the development of key "hydrology" disciplines. The National Center for Hydrological Metrology is successfully approved in 2025, filling a critical gap in the national metrology system for the water conservancy industry.
Pilot Base for Hydrological Achievements
Our dedicated pilot base enables trainees to experience firsthand the transformation process of scientific research results—from laboratory development to market deployment—for hydrological instruments, water environment monitoring equipment, and soil moisture measurement devices.
Full-Process Industrial Chain Platform
WMO RTC provides a comprehensive R&D—pilot testing—demonstration application platform that allows trainees to master hydrological prediction, forecasting, and disaster early warning through the complete cycle: theoretical foundations → experimental instrument familiarization → basic experiment operation → pilot testing → demonstration application.
Classroom
Modern classrooms are equipped with advanced audio-visual systems and smart teaching facilities, providing a comfortable and interactive learning environment for up to 60 participants per session.
