Standards

NIHWA conducts research on international and domestic hydrological standard systems and undertakes nationwide water conservancy standard reviews. It has hosted dozens of international standardization seminars and led the formulation and revision of three international standards. 

◆ ISO/AWI 25343 Standard practice for response sensitivity analysis of groundwater monitoring wells using water injection test method
◆ ISO/AWI 25890 Technical code for tidal bore height measurement
◆ ISO/AWI 2537 Hydrometry — Rotating-element current-meters

Additionally, it has developed over 160 national and water conservancy industry standards, accounting for 70% of instrument and equipment standards and 19.8% of the total effective industry standards currently in force.
