During the seventy-eighth session of the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) Executive Council (EC-78), held from 10 to 14 June 2024 in Geneva, the Council reviewed and approved a joint application led by NIHWA, in partnership with Yangzhou University (YZU), to establish a WMO Regional Training Center for Hydrology.
